Join us in standing strong for our first responders by donating today.

On the 25th anniversary of 9/11, I've committed to raising funds as we ride 343 miles to honor the fallen, support the survivors, and stand with the first responders who still fight battles most of us never see, including cancer, trauma, and the toll of years spent serving others.

We are combining this ride with our support of our TEL family & friends who are also impacted negatively by cancer, so this is a very exciting opportunity to support in any way possible. We're riding to help LIVESTRONG provide free support, navigation, and critical resources to people affected by cancer. Every dollar raised helps ensure that patients, survivors, and their families don’t have to face cancer alone.

Thursday 3rd Sep
This week TEL team made final preparations for the incredible event. The riding jersey's to be work were set out in the cafeteria so TEL could honor those First Responders & their family & friends with word of encouragement. THANKS

Sunday 30th Aug
Completed 14.5 miles today to hit 750 miles preparation goal. Rest of week is stretching and lite weights. Lots of hydration..

Little on the hot side (101) but needed to stick to the training plan, down to last 2 weeks.

Great 54 miles ride today with the Training Support Team, Jason and Mark. 

Took e'rrr down in 3.23 minutes, crushed the Manor Loop. Thanks guys..

Friday 14th Aug
TESTRONG & Friends, 

The training is going well with just under 4 weeks left before the ride and to date I have accumulated over 545 miles in training plan. 

Training Support Team continues to help with long distance weekend rides, while the weekly Veloway in South Austin rides keep the pace. 

Tomorrow Aug. 15th, Jason mark and I will do the Manor loop ride (28.5 miles) twice back-to-back as a test ride. 

Feel free to join, we will depart from Govalle Park between 0645 - 0700. Join either loop if interested as its a great ride, great fellowship, great chat on a pretty ride to manor. 

Almost ready, not possible without ALL the support from the TELSTRONG team, TEL families & friends.
