RIDER SUPPORT

The First Responder Ride for Resilience is fully supported by a dedicated team throughout the entire route, included with your registration. Our on-site support staff are there to ensure safety, efficiency, and an exceptional rider experience at every stage.

With a focus on seamless coordination and proactive assistance, we strive to deliver a safe, enjoyable, and well-organized event—minimizing delays while ensuring every participant feels confident, supported, and informed from start to finish.

On Route

  • Clearly marked route and navigation
  • Rest stops with hydration and snacks
  • Medical support on course
  • Bike mechanics available during the ride
  • SAG vehicles (Support And Gear) for riders who need assistance

Logistics

  • Daily luggage transport (for multi-day rides)
  • Ride captains or group leaders
  • Route maps / GPX files / ride briefings
  • Police or traffic support where applicable
  • Bike parking / secure storage
  • Rider check-in and daily briefings

Safety

  • Emergency response plan
  • Sweep vehicles to ensure no rider is left behind
  • Communication support between ride staff
