early training
Monday 4th May Got a handful of rides in so far. Testing the legs out, so far, so good. Planning on slowly increasing the frequency and distance, little by little. I'll keep you posted. Share
Week 1
Thursday 23rd Apr I went out for 2 short rides this week before I officially signed up. I needed to test my legs after not being on the bike for awhile.
