My cousin worked in one of the towers on the 90 something floor and just happened to be running late that day. Thank goodness because she herself was spared.She did lose a great friend and many coworkers. I also had a childhood friend who died. We had unfortunately lost touch. His name is on the memorial though. For Debbie (my cousin), Susan (her friend) and Louis (my childhood friend). Also, first responder Fathrr Mychal Judge who was a gay priest and worked as a chaplain for FDNY.
