Running for Those Fighting Cancer

I’m running the 2026 NYC Marathon with Team Livestrong to raise funds for people navigating cancer - patients, survivors, and their families.

As a former oncology nurse, and someone who still works in oncology today, I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming a cancer diagnosis can be, not just medically, but emotionally and financially. This cause is deeply personal to me, not only because of my professional connection to the cause, but also because cancer has touched members of my own family.

Livestrong provides free, critical support like fertility preservation for young adults and survivorship programs through the YMCA, helping people rebuild their lives during and after treatment.
