Cancer Survivors Need Your Support Now More Than Ever
On November 1st, 2026, I will be running the NYC Marathon to raise money for LIVESTRONG. This amazing organization offers support to people navigating cancer at every stage — patients, survivors, and their loved ones.
This mission is very close to my heart as my dad was diagnosed with Leukemia in 2017. We are thankful that he was able to receive a life saving stem cell transplant and is still here with us today!
Even after remission, survivors face many obstacles on their road to recovery. LIVESTRONG provides resources for these survivors to help move forward in life, such as fertility resources to help them start a family.
I am so thankful for this opportunity to run in honor of my dad. The strength and fight that I have seen in him throughout his battle with cancer motivates me to keep me working toward this goal of not only completing this race, but raising money to help others just like him.
