On August 15, 2026, I will ride the Leadville 100 mountain bike race.  The 105 mile race entails an elevation gain of over 12,000 feet reaching a peak elevation of 12,500 feet above sea level. As part of the race, I’ve committed to raising funds for LIVESTRONG to support people navigating cancer at every stage — patients, survivors, and their loved ones. Funds raised help provide critical, free programs like fertility support for young adults facing cancer who hope to build a family one day; the LIVESTRONG at the Y program, which offers fitness and wellness classes at YMCAs to help survivors regain strength and confidence after treatment; and Ellis, Livestrongs AI service that connects individuals to trusted information, and resources, when they need it most.
