I am so excited to run the 2026 TCS New York City Marathon for Livestrong, supporting their work to improve quality of life for cancer patients and their families! With my dad getting diagnosed with colon cancer in January of 2025 and non-Hodgkin lymphoma in July of 2025, all following his battle with prostate cancer beginning in 2019, my family understands firsthand the challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to help someone going through these difficult times in someway.
Funds raised help Livestrong provide free and discounted support services to cancer patients and their loved ones, with a specific goal of targeting gaps in cancer care. Some of these services include one-on-one insurance and financial navigation throughout a cancer diagnosis, mental health resources, fitness programs, assistance with housing and employment related challenges, and so much more.
I am so appreciative of any help towards reaching my goal, and thank you so much for your support!
