Miles with Meaning

Hey everyone!! 

This year, I have the honor of running the Berlin Marathon with the LIVESTRONG Foundation. I’ve committed to raising funds to support people navigating cancer at every stage, from diagnosis to survivorship, and for the loved ones walking right beside them.

The funds we raise go directly toward free, life changing programs like fertility support for young adults who still dream of building a family one day, the LIVESTRONG at the YMCA program that helps survivors rebuild strength and confidence after treatment, and Ellis, an AI powered tool that connects individuals to trusted information and resources exactly when they need it most.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I literally thought, if I am going to run 26.2 miles, I want every mile to matter.  Health is something we often take for granted until it is challenged, and I been witness to how quickly everything can change. Running for a cause rooted in health, resilience, and hope gives this race a purpose far greater than a finish line. Every mile I complete will serve as a reminder of my “why”.
