Cancer has touched nearly every chapter of my life. I watched my father fight kidney cancer that metastasized and ultimately led to a brain tumor and his passing. I recently lost a dear friend to breast cancer at just 32 years old. My mother-in-law passed from cancer before I ever had the chance to meet her. And there have been so many others.
